Orders are processed and shipped by our framing partners. Orders are generally processed the next business day and typically arrive within 4-7 business days. Custom and Oversized orders may take longer. Please note we cannot guarantee shipping times as this is dependent on our printing/framing partners.

All prints are made-to-order just for you. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed and we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with images that clearly show the damaged areas of the product(s) and we may elect to send you a replacement. For details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Our gallery-quality artworks are handmade by the best printers and framers in each region and arrive ready-to-hang. Our frame mouldings are made of solid wood with premium finishes. All works are printed on premium lustre or enhanced matte paper using archival inks. All of our mats are acid-free 4-ply. We do not use glass. Instead, we use lightweight acrylic as the glazing for your frame, offering superior UV protection and durability.
